Alison is Benchmark's Solutions Architect and the original remote team member. A true Floridian, she calls the Jacksonville/St. Augustine area her home. She and her husband, Bob, have raised three wonderful daughters—Meagan, Emma, and Olivia. These days the girls are at various stages of leaving the nest, and Alison and Bob have discovered that an emptying house just means more room for travel. Two dogs and two cats hold down the fort while they're out. Alison also brought another "first" to Benchmark—our very own sibling duo. She and her sister, Sarah Beach, are a dynamic pair and an unbeatable team!

At Benchmark, Alison designs the systems and processes that keep the firm running. She carries an extensive background in IT (that's how she and Bob met!), and her version of fun is piloting new technology. Having spent years handling the nitty-gritty of account paperwork and administrative work firsthand, she knows exactly where the friction lives—and now she builds the tools and workflows that eliminate it. From evaluating new platforms to documenting the processes our team relies on every day, Alison turns "there has to be a better way" into how we actually work.
