Dawn is the “den mother” of the office, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. She greets clients with a smile, answers phones, and can probably tell you what each team member had for lunch on any given day. Dawn also contributes her expertise to the marketing and event planning teams. Her dedication and care help create a welcoming and efficient environment for both the team and clients, making Benchmark feel like home to all who walk through the doors.

Dawn is also a proud mom to four amazing kids and is thrilled to now welcome a welcome a wonderful daughter-in-law into the family. In 2026, she also earned one of her favorite titles yet: GranDawnie! She is a creative soul whose love language is caring for others, making her everyone’s go-to for advice and therapy. Dawn loves spending time with her dog, Lottie, reading, baking, smocking baby dresses, and even bike riding!
