Elian is a pillar of Benchmark, serving as a Partner, financial advisor, CFO, and a key member of our leadership team. He is a born-and-raised Memphian graduating from ECS in 1996 and earning his BA in Finance from The University of Memphis in 2000. While he wears a lot of hats at Benchmark, Elian is all about family at his core. He devotes much of his time to his wife, Kelly, and their two daughters, Lexi and Allie. With two teenage daughters and a wife who travels for speaking engagements, there are lots of comings and goings daily.  If Elian is not supporting their speaking, cheerleading, lacrosse, or thespian ventures, you’ll find him cheering on the Memphis Tigers, Tennessee Vols, Memphis Grizzlies, or Chicago Cubs. On the weekends, you might catch him on the golf course, chasing balls that often seem determined to avoid the fairway—but always enjoying the game, nonetheless.

Before making the leap to Benchmark, Elian spent 10 years fine-tuning his skills in actuarial analysis and insurance. Now, with his CFP® credentials and his Series 7 and 66 registrations (through LPL Financial), he’s your go-to for everything financial planning.
