Karen joined Benchmark in 2025 as part of our growing remote team, and brings her warm personality and can-do attitude to everything she does. She lives in the Jacksonville, Florida area with her husband, Christian, and together they have two adult children who continue to keep life busy and fun. When she’s not working, Karen loves spending time with her family, relaxing at the beach, boating, or settling in with a good audiobook. She’s always up for an adventure, a little time in the sunshine, and enjoying the people she loves most.

At Benchmark, Karen helps keep the details of paperwork and account management running smoothly. Her strong organization, attention to detail, and natural problem-solving skills allow her to find solutions and keep things moving behind the scenes. With a background in both teaching and real estate, Karen brings a unique combination of communication skills, adaptability, and a genuine desire to help others.
