Nicole joined Benchmark in 2023 as our second remote team member. She lives in the Jacksonville, Florida area with her husband, Matt, and their three wonderful kids. When she’s not busy shuttling them to activities and soccer games, Nicole can be found spending quality time with their spunky Goldendoodle, Cody, volunteering with Meals on Wheels, soaking up the sun at the beach, or unwinding with a good rom-com. It’s rare to find her without a smile on her face, and her positivity radiates all the way to Memphis!

As one of Benchmark’s admins, Nicole handles the nitty-gritty details of paperwork and account view that can make others’ heads spin—but she thrives in this area, and the team is beyond grateful! Her background as a teacher has given her remarkable patience, which makes her a natural at walking clients through complex paperwork or guiding them through Account View. Nicole’s dedication and ability to manage even the trickiest details make her an indispensable part of the team.
