Sarah joined Benchmark in 2016 and serves as our Chief Operations Officer. She and her husband, Andrew, have four energetic children—Jack, Tucker, Ellie, and Will—who keep their home buzzing with activity. In 2023, their home (and hearts!) grew by four paws with the addition of Banner, Will’s canine companion. When Banner is off duty, you’ll often find him at Benchmark, acting as Sarah’s “right-paw-man” with our marketing team. The Beach family enjoys lacrosse, swimming, and embarking on long road trips to visit extended family. Sarah is also part of a Benchmark sister duo, with her sister Alison working alongside her, making the workplace feel even more like family.

Sarah holds a degree in Elementary Education from Florida State University, and her years of teaching have equipped her with expert skills for wrangling a classroom, her kids, and now our growing team—turns out, it’s not all that different! A key member of our leadership and marketing teams, Sarah brings creative flair and order to every project. She’s the voice of discernment we turn to when cultivating our team culture and balancing the operational flow at Benchmark.
