Stephanie, our Midwesterner-turned-Southerner, joined the Benchmark team in 2022 as Becca Mirza’s paraplanner. She and her husband, John, have four adult children and are embracing the exciting new stage of life as empty nesters and grandparents. When she isn’t busy with family, Stephanie enjoys traveling, staying active, watching Gilmore Girls, and working on the latest home renovation project. She’s also passionate about encouraging younger women, dreaming of adventures yet to come with John, and sharing her life with their two dogs, Oakley and Willow.

After many fulfilling years raising her children (including 12 years of homeschooling!), Stephanie made the leap to join the Benchmark team. Now, as Becca’s right-hand lady, she actively supports her and her clients by attending meetings, managing client care, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. With a tender heart and a passion for seeing clients succeed, Stephanie brings a wealth of insight and understanding to every interaction. Her thoughtful and genuine approach, along with her ability to connect with others, makes her an irreplaceable part of the Benchmark family.
